The successful candidate will manage multiple land survey projects, including boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM, and other specialized surveys, as well as related documentation. Key Responsibilities: Manage land survey projects from inception to completion. Coordinate projects, prepare survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D, and review survey data. Conduct QA/QC reviews and serve as Surveyor of Record. Lead client meetings and provide guidance to team members. Qualifications: Professional Surveyor and Mapper license. At least 5 years of managing large land survey projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with MicroStation ORD. Previous work in an AEC firm.
