Overview
HII’s Mission Technologies division is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to contribute to a high-impact government program focused on enhancing and securing mission-critical systems and environments. The selected candidate will support a program that is scheduled to launch in early 2026. Due to the classified nature of the mission, an active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
This opportunity resides with
Warfare Systems (WS) , a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems. HII works within our nation’s intelligence and cyber operations communities to defend our interests in cyberspace and anticipate emerging threats. Our capabilities in cybersecurity, network architecture, reverse engineering, software and hardware development uniquely enable us to support sensitive missions for the U.S. military and federal agency partners.
What You Will Do
Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems.
Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
Requires knowledge of e-commerce tools, computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow.
What We Are Looking For: Minimum Qualifications
10 years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree in related field
Active TS/SCI government security clearance required to start
Preferred: Bonus Points For
Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, or cost analysis
Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, or financial modeling software
Knowledge of government contracting and DoD processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
