Compensation: $41.35 Required Qualifications: Position: Manager of Prevention Education Facilitation Location: Los Angeles, CA Salary: $86,000 ($41.35/hr) Job Type: Grant-funded | Partially office-based, partially school-based 1 year contract-to-hire ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION Our leading nonprofit client is dedicated to breaking the cycle of domestic violence through innovative, school-based programming. Their nationally recognized initiative supports students, educators, and families by addressing the root causes of violence and offering comprehensive, trauma-informed prevention and intervention services. With 29 active school sites—18 of which are in Los Angeles—the program combines education, counseling, peer leadership, and community outreach to create safe, supportive school environments. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Manager of Prevention Education Facilitation, you’ll play a key leadership role within the prevention education team. You’ll supervise a dynamic group of youth education facilitators, oversee scheduling and school assignments, ensure curriculum fidelity, and provide training and quality assurance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced program leader passionate about youth development, education, and social impact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and support a team of Youth Education Services (YES) facilitators Oversee scheduling and school site assignments, in coordination with program leadership Ensure facilitators meet program deadlines and data entry standards; review and give feedback on prevention notes Step in to facilitate sessions as needed Collaborate with the Manager of Impact to assess program effectiveness and outcomes Lead or assist in training on YES curricula for K–12 students Maintain alignment with organizational standards and grant compliance REQUIREMENTS Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Education, or a related field Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in public health, education, or youth development programs Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) Creative, adaptable, and proactive work style Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to ethical, professional behavior Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and school partners If you’re passionate about youth advocacy, prevention education, and making a tangible impact in schools, this is your chance to lead and grow within a mission-driven organization.
