Junior Operations Manager
to join our team on-site in Cincinnati. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our events run smoothly from planning through execution. You’ll work closely with vendors, partners, artists, and internal teams to deliver seamless operations while helping to shape memorable guest experiences. This is a hands-on role for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about building a career in the fast-paced world of live events. Responsibilities
Event Operations: Assist with planning, setup, and on-the-day event logistics. Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and artists to ensure smooth operations. Support ticketing, hospitality, and on-site logistics to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Team & Communication Support
Maintain clear, consistent communication across internal teams and external partners. Provide on-site leadership to staff and volunteers during events. Support post-event reporting and process improvements to enhance efficiency. Brand & Experience Execution
Ensure all operational touchpoints reflect our premium brand identity. Capture and support behind-the-scenes content for marketing and communications purposes. Contribute creative ideas to improve audience engagement and the overall event experience. Who We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years in event operations, hospitality, or a related field. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for live music, events, and hospitality. Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends for events. Tech Skills: Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office; experience with event management software or design tools (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. What You’ll Gain
