Veryable is revitalizing U.S. manufacturing by connecting businesses to workers via our online marketplace, enabling real-time production. We are a fast-growing U.S. tech startup seeking a Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive growth, retention, and revenue by engaging with decision-makers in manufacturing and distribution organizations. The BDA reports to the GM of the Market and collaborates with a team of professionals. What You Will Do
Promote and uphold company values, reputation, and culture Conduct site visits and consultations with manufacturing, operations, and warehouse leaders Present and educate potential clients on Veryable’s platform Create onboarding strategies and success benchmarks for clients Research target lists, build brand awareness, and initiate client relationships via cold calls, emails, and social media Manage CRM tools like HubSpot and leverage platforms such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo Maintain compliance with operational and business development metrics Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends Collaborate with regional teams to grow Veryable’s footprint Qualifications
Passion for Veryable’s mission and offerings Willingness to learn and grow professionally Coachable attitude with humility and confidence Self-starter with demonstrated mastery in a field Strong communication skills and ability to tell compelling stories Detail-oriented with data analysis skills Collaborative mindset and broad thinking Experience in the workforce (internships, part-time work) Proficient in MS Office Suite Ability to work in-office daily and visit local businesses Preferred Qualifications
Experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing Experience working with cross-functional teams Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification Ideal Candidates
Operational experience in food service, retail, or similar Studies focused on operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial engineering Early career roles such as engineers, process improvement specialists, or operations associates About Veryable
