Irvine, CA . We're looking for someone with strong project coordination experience who can work cross-functionally to manage timelines, vendor communications, and client updates for national-level projects. In this role, you will: Coordinate project activities from proposal to closeout Manage vendor relationships and meeting schedules Track job costs and hours using internal systems Prepare reports and maintain client communication Ensure timely and accurate execution of key project milestones Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or administrative operations Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience with project tracking or job costing systems is a plus If you're looking to join a professional, fast-paced environment with growth potential, I'd love to connect and share more details.
