$20.00 per hour What You’ll Do: Perform within a fast-paced, team environment to meet monthly, weekly, and daily production goals. Move materials or components between floor, pallets, conveyors, and tables. Operate equipment such as sewing machines, hot glue guns, and pallet jacks. Ensure production materials are sorted, verified, and supplied to appropriate stations or staging areas to meet schedules. Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals. Label and pack finished goods accurately. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform quality inspections at each step to ensure compliance with quality standards. Qualifications: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand and sit for at least 8 hours per shift. Ability to operate a forklift. Frequent walking, squatting, turning, twisting, pushing, and bending in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality. Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays. Must be 18 years or older.
