Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and direct shipping personnel. Ensure accurate and timely shipment of products according to production orders. Adjust personnel assignments to cover absenteeism and emergencies. Review documents for accuracy and assist in error elimination. Maintain cleanliness of the work area. Ensure employee compliance with work rules and company policies. Participate in disciplinary actions when necessary. Adhere to all safety, legal, and quality standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of related experience. Completion of formal management skills training. Application Deadline:
