$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr SQA Services has been a leader in managed supplier quality services for nearly 30 years, offering audits, assessments, surveillance, corrective actions, inspections, and engineering support across various industries. Our associates are experienced quality assurance professionals located nationwide and internationally, providing on-demand and on-site support. Key Responsibilities
Performing receiving, in-process, and final inspections Inspecting for gross damage, verifying part numbers, quantities, and documentation Using hand measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges Ensuring components are correctly installed, wired, and functioning properly Checking for FOD (Foreign Object Debris) presence Validating conformance to drawing requirements Reviewing test packages and qualification test reports Conducting pull testing and visual inspections Performing hardness checks on samples from production Reviewing Hi-pot, shock, and vibration tests Inspecting harnesses per IPC standards Verifying cable lengths Qualifications
At least 3 years of hands-on inspection experience with cables, harnesses, and mechanical parts Ability to interpret GD&T requirements and validate complex assemblies IPC 620 certification preferred Experience with hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges Must meet U.S. export regulations criteria, including U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, refugee, or asylee status SQA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
