Duties Summary Operates two or more types of light motorized equipment such as Farmall International or John Deere rubber-wheeled tractors and pick-up trucks. Performs manual work tasks in connection with general construction and maintenance work and performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualification Requirements Legal Authorization To Work Requirement The State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State shall be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
Experience and Training One (1) year of work experience involving the operation of at least two of the motorized equipment representative of the class Equipment Operator I (e.g., Farmall tractors and trucks having a factory rated capacity of less than 1-1/2 tons), or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Driver's License Applicants must possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment.
