We are seeking a Service Advisor to communicate with clients and technicians throughout the service process, create accurate repair orders, and drive the sale of technician time to meet our department’s sales forecast.
Responsibilities
Ensure prompt, courteous, and effective customer service.
Drive the sale of technicians’ time to meet the department’s sales forecast.
Prioritize required services and provide options upon request.
Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
Maintain a positive dealership experience for every customer.
