$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Position Summary

We’re seeking a Digital Sales Business Development Manager to lead the charge in acquiring, activating, and retaining wholesale customers—at scale—across our wholesale (B2B) channels: Corporate and Retail. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hunter mindset, digital marketing expertise, and a passion for building scalable, data‑driven customer acquisition funnels. Key Responsibilities

Drive new wholesale account creation and immediate engagement on CBCorporate.com. Re‑engage inactive customers through targeted digital campaigns and workflows. Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) to scale lead generation and conversion. Design and execute tailored content, email workflows, and campaigns to educate and convert prospects. Qualify and route leads to directly onto CBCorporate.com for immediate conversion. RevOps for IT systems integrations. Field Sales for high‑touch or non‑digital conversion needs. Partner with RevOps Team to ensure seamless platform integrations and product syndication. Report regularly to the VP of Sales on pipeline health, campaign performance, and progress toward KPIs. Analyze data to continuously improve digital engagement strategies. Stay current on B2B digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Tools You’ll Use

CBCorporate.com – Full‑featured B2B platform with transactional tools and content system. HubSpot – Business development landing pages, email workflows, and CRM. Constant Contact – Email marketing. LinkedIn – CBCorporate.com page for outreach and engagement. What You Bring

5+ years in digital business development, sales, or marketing with a focus on B2B. Proven success in building and optimizing digital marketing funnels. Expertise in campaign design, email workflow execution, and CRM tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into action. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience. What We Offer
