What You’ll Be Doing
Supervise all practice activities and ensure effective coverage for all positions, manage opening and closing duties and reconcile daily financials.
Manage supply inventory, serve as the primary point of contact for the practice, oversee internal billing, maintain CPR certifications and enforce all office policies and compliance procedures.
Use tools such as Workday, myLearning, metric software, and P&L reports to efficiently run the office.
Plan, organize, and facilitate daily morning huddles and additional team meetings to maintain communication across all levels.
Achieve results by meeting or exceeding expected monthly and quarterly performance metrics and provide accurate tracking and reporting to doctors and upper management.
Supervise practice team members, manage performance within the HRIS, resolve conflicts, provide coaching, and support cross‑training and professional development.
Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members; manage schedules, payroll, time & attendance, and keep the appointment scheduler updated.
Communicate with patients courteously, manage the phone system, oversee patient flow, and support patients in accepting treatment while minimizing complaints.
