Job Description ABOUT THE JOB: Be a leader in our effort to focus on equipment availability by supporting the reliability-based maintenance program striving to achieve world-class status. Support the reliability process utilizing the following tools:

Continuous Improvement

Root Cause Analysis

Gemba

Failure Analysis

YOUR ROLE

Interact with production, engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, and other elements of the maintenance department

Focused equipment expert

Report measurable effectiveness of maintenance strategies

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues

Utilize CMMS/MES systems to collect and analyze data improving:

Availability

Mean time between failure

Mean time to repair

Provide input/priority into maintenance work planning and scheduling

Audit maintenance tasks and procedures

Project management

Working with contractors

Asset identification and prioritization

Maintenance task analysis/Risk assessment

Communicate between cross‑functional teams

Spare parts identification, min/max levels

Train plant associates on CMMS

Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experience

Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills

Manage ambiguity while working through stressful situations

Positive attitude and a willingness to work with others

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2‑year technical degree or equivalent experience in reliability‑based maintenance strategies a plus

Previous reliability process facilitation experience a plus

Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) status a plus

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong Microsoft Office suite skills (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)

Ability to work in a cross‑functional team environment

Ability to drive change

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Practicing knowledge of CMMS software
