Location: Fully Remote Based in Turkey We are seeking motivated, bilingual professionals to join our dynamic customer service team. Responsibilities Handle and resolve complex customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Provide clear, accurate, and timely communication in both German and English. Support customers through multiple channels (chat, email, phone) while maintaining high?quality standards.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written). Based in Turkey with eligibility to work remotely. Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar role. Strong communication, problem?solving, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team?oriented environment.
