CNC Lathe/Milling Programmer/Operator 1st & 2nd Shift

Pay Range:
$72,800 – $93,000 per year (depending on experience)
Shifts Available:
First Shift (Day):
Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (four 10‑hour days). Winter shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Second Shift (Evening):
Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.

This role is perfect for an experienced CNC Lathe/Milling Programmer/Operator who loves the challenge of programming, setup, and running complex CNC equipment from start to finish in a supportive, team‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC machine tools, including multi‑axis lathes.
Independently take metal parts from raw stock to finished components.
Apply current cutting tool technology and machining best practices.
Interpret customer drawings and specifications to plan work processes.
Determine machining parameters such as speeds, feeds, tolerances, and sequences.
Perform trial cuts, make necessary machine adjustments, and ensure accuracy.
Use precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, surface gauges, profilometers, CMM, and vision systems.
Program using CAM software (Fusion360 preferred; Mastercam acceptable).
Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Five or more years of CNC machining experience preferred but not required.
Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
