RESPONSIBILITIES (Technicians):
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers if additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection reports
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
REQUIREMENTS (Technicians):
Are a fast learner
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have excellent customer service skills
Are a team player
Are computer literate
Have a valid driver’s license
RESPONSIBILITIES (Service Advisors):
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of labor and parts costs
Establish follow-up times
Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and update customers frequently
Verify that the final invoice matches the work performed
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
REQUIREMENTS (Service Advisors):
Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
Experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant is required
Above average energy level
A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
Personal and professional integrity
ADP computer experience is a plus
