Warehouse Associate We are seeking dedicated and organized Warehouse Associates to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a crucial role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and products. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping items accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate applies attention to detail, has a sense of urgency, is committed to positive results, and wants to learn.

Responsibilities Day-to-Day Operations Direct and coordinate all warehouse activities, including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, returns, and inventory management, to meet daily shipping quotas and brand expectations.

Receiving and Inspecting Goods Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, discrepancies, or defects, and verify the accuracy of delivery contents against packing slips.

Storage and Inventory Management Safely and neatly store received goods in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring proper labeling and inventory organization.

Order Picking and Packing Utilize digital pick lists to accurately select products from warehouse shelves and storage areas and confirm by scanning. Pack neatly and diligently based on specific packing instructions.

Shipping Prepare items for outbound shipment based on the brand's standard operating procedures, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and compliance with shipping regulations and requirements.

Quality Control Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure accurate order fulfillment, proper packing, and minimal errors in customer shipments.

Inventory Management Collaborate with inventory teams to monitor stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and address discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.

Inventory Counts Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track stock movements, and report discrepancies to the inventory manager using a digital scanner and warehouse management system.

Safety and Compliance Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including proper material handling, to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.

Teamwork and Collaboration Supporting team members when needed to accomplish the daily tasks, project completions, and cross-training purposes.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven work experience in a warehouse or similar setting is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and equipment.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and inventory.

Strong organizational skills to maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse layout.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and record keeping.

Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends during peak seasons.
