Our Reorg team is looking for a new Corporate ActionsAnalyst. This position is responsible for the timely andaccurate processing of Corporate Actions, including but not limitedto dividends, interest and principal, reverse/forward splits,mergers, spin-offs, redemptions, etc. Holdings include positionsheld at DTCC, the FED and foreign markets through Euroclear.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Process dividends, interest, principal, and maturity proceeds
Manage mandatory corporate action events
Resolve broker claims and charges across multiple entities
Execute tax reporting, foreign withholding, optional dividendprocessing, and cost basis adjustments
Submit elections to DTCC
Address customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
Monitor and reconcile assigned suspense accounts
Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
Experience and Skills
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required 1-3 years experience in financial services operations Able to maintain a high degree of accuracy a fast-paced,deadline-driven environment Customer service orientated with strong interpersonal skills Proficiency with MS Office and SQL required Ability to be resourceful and work independently while keepingfocus on the group’s strategic initiatives Highly organized and detailed oriented Knowledge of Refinitiv Beta, FIS Phase 3 and DTCC websites What We Offer
