Airswift is working in partnership with a leading
drilling company
seeking a
Supply Chain Lead
for a permanent and strategic role.
Key Responsibilities
Source and purchase all necessary materials, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
Purchase domestic materials for business ensuring adequate stocking levels and cost efficiency.
Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to support business needs.
Collaborate with Technology teams to onboard new products and suppliers.
Work closely with Operations to manage and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Oversee inventory management and relationships with third-party warehouses and terminals.
Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate stock costs on all purchased materials.
Partner with the Sales team to provide accurate pricing and cost analysis.
Skill and Knowledge Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required.
5+ years experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
Proven track record in managing procurement spend, supplier relationships, developing and executing sourcing strategies.
Experience establishing and maintaining inventory thresholds.
Experience executing sourcing duties to support manufacturing operations.
Strong computer skills (MS Office), experience with ERP purchasing and M1 is a plus.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
