SpotHopper launched in 2015 and has grown to serve thousands of restaurants with an all-in-one marketing and operations platform. We seek a hands-on Email Life Cycle Manager to own and optimize the full email journey from lead nurturing to customer retention. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver timely, targeted communications that speak to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Own the full lifecycle email program from acquisition through retention with a focus on re-engagement, conversion, and customer education Build, test, and optimize email campaigns, including triggered workflows, drip sequences, and monthly customer newsletters Develop audience segmentation strategies that align with lifecycle stages and SpotHopper's ICP Create and manage lead nurturing programs that move prospects down the funnel Analyze performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversion, churn, etc.) and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify content gaps and deliver the right messages at the right time Maintain a clean, organized database of contacts, ensuring proper tagging, compliance, and segmentation practices Collaborate with designers and writers to develop email templates and content that reflect SpotHopper's evolving brand voice What You'll Bring

3–5 years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or a high-growth startup environment Deep knowledge of HubSpot including list management, email automation, lead scoring, and performance tracking Analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data to inform strategy Familiarity with customer journey mapping, lead lifecycle stages, and behavioral triggers Self-starter attitude with the ability to take a campaign from idea to launch without a large team A passion for creating useful, clear, and well-timed communications that drive action Bonus if You Have

HubSpot certifications in Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, or Marketing Automation (heavily preferred) Experience with customer segmentation in multi-product or multi-location businesses Background in restaurant marketing or hospitality tech A portfolio of past email campaigns, drip sequences, or newsletters Understanding of deliverability best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance Background in content strategy or copywriting Compensation

Base salary for 3–6 years of experience: $85,000–$120,000 Seniority level
