Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial building design, particularly in sectors such as healthcare, aviation, sports, higher education, or public assembly. Proven expertise with at least 3 years of project management experience focusing on structural, enclosure, or parking structure projects. Advanced degree in Civil Engineering emphasizing Structural or Architecture. PE license needed. SE a big plus.
