We're on the hunt for a highly skilled, certified Petroleum Equipment Service Technician to join our growing team in Denver, CO. If you’re driven, safety‑focused, and ready to grow with a company that values your experience, this is your moment.

The pay range is $28-$36/hr depending on experience and includes benefits, PTO and 401k.

Your Mission

Install, maintain, and repair fuel dispensers, underground and aboveground storage tanks, piping systems, and related petroleum equipment.

Troubleshoot and service electrical and mechanical components of fuel systems, including sensors, leak detection, and monitoring systems.

Calibrate and test fuel dispensing systems and POS interfaces to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on fueling systems and report deficiencies.

Respond to emergency service calls and equipment failures to minimize downtime at customer sites.

Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations, including UST/AST requirements.

Maintain detailed service records, test results, inspection logs, and maintenance reports.

Interface professionally with customers, vendors, inspectors, and site personnel.

Adhere to and promote all company safety policies, including lockout/tagout, confined space, and hazardous material handling.

Stay current with industry standards, manufacturer training, and certifications.

What You Bring to the Table

Hands‑on experience with fueling systems, including dispensers (Gilbarco, Wayne), submersible pumps, piping, and tank systems.

Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and electronic equipment, including circuit diagnostics and component replacement.

Background in servicing or installing POS systems, tank monitors (e.g., Veeder‑Root), and interstitial monitoring systems.

Experience working with tools, test equipment, and diagnostic software used in fuel system servicing.

Prior work in field service environments, responding to on‑site issues with minimal supervision.

Certifications or training such as Gilbarco Passport, Gilbarco Dispenser, Gasboy, FuelMaster, Verifone, Wayne Dispenser, ICC Service Tech Certifications, UST/AST operator certifications, or HAZWOPER.

Proven ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings.

History of safe work practices, including work in hazardous locations and spill response.

Strong customer service skills, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a service crew.

Before You Leap

Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen, including marijuana testing.

Ability to pass a pre‑employment physical, which includes lifting up to 75 lbs, twisting, kneeling, pulling, and squatting.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 5 years).

Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required (travel expenses covered).

Important Note: Although marijuana use may be legal in some states, federal guidelines and company policy require testing for all safety‑sensitive positions per DOT standards.
