Senior SATCOM Military Operations Analyst
Location: Peterson SFB, CO
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
Summary: Noetic is seeking a Senior SATCOM Military Operations Analyst to support our Peterson SFB, CO location.
The candidate will provide Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) SME support for activities related to the effective implementation, management, and direction of Operational Project Lead (OPL) activities to implement Wideband operations in accordance with the WGS Multilateral MOU. The role includes supporting all operational and technical aspects of the WGS Multilateral MOU.
Basic Qualifications:
10-12 years of Department of Defense (DoD) SATCOM experience
Experience with various international agreement types (Joint Production, Cooperative Exchange Agreements, Foreign Military Sales, etc.)
Travel: 25%
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Active DoD TOP Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required; candidates must have this clearance upon hire and maintain it during employment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide SATCOM planning, analytical, technical support, and services to the SpOC/IP Branch, Delta 8/53SOPS WB C-SSE.
Maintain liaison with U.S. Military Departments, Joint Staff, DISA, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and SATCOM system users to support OPL responsibilities.
Support policy and procedure development for operational aspects of the WGS Multilateral MOU and amendments.
Assist in integrating, implementing, and operationalizing future SATCOM system capabilities to meet evolving IP requirements.
Support international agreement development, including coordination with U.S. organizations for negotiations with foreign partners.
Education: Bachelor of Science or relevant experience required.
