Overview
Purpose:
The QC Auditor is responsible for assisting QA Auditor by conducting random quality control inspections (inspect, measure, fill out paperwork, take photos, fold, and polybag). Responsibilities
The Product will be inspected according to the specification for packing, trims, material (Tech Pack), measurements, workmanship, and appearance. Inspecting garments for quality and defects Conducting audits on POs Verifying accurate labeling and packaging Verify that the garments are in good condition before they are shipped to customers or stores. The distribution center auditor also checks for accurate packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment. Follow instructions from QA auditor. Identifying and addressing non-compliances and discrepancies Do Validation Audits (VA) according to TR AQL plan for workmanship, measurements, appearance, and packing by following the description and requirements on Tech Pack, PO’s, and approved Standards. All audit reports are to be discussed with QA auditor. TR inspection methods and how to measure must be used (always and no exceptions) Collected and recorded findings of major faults on the inspection report according to the defect classification list. Compare the order with the approved Sample / TOP. You Are
Good with tape measuring and basic math. Open to work Saturdays when needed. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
1+ years as an inspector of sewing/finishing in apparel Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook) Ability to understand and read tech packs and specs. Must possess organizational skills. Must know how to manage time and prioritize workflow efficiently. Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 Hourly
