Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail, we are seeking an
Overnight Manager - Part Time
to support our Rooms department. Work for a highly prestigious hotel located in sunny Carmel Valley, California. Learn and grow within a strong hospitality operation. Enjoy exceptional medical benefits, employee discounts on lodge, golf, and dining services. Key Accountabilities Maintain order in the lobby and facilitate the safety of guests and staff. Assist guests with all aspects of desk service, check-in, and check-out. Perform all night audit procedures as set forth by the Accounting Department. Answer telephones and accurately provide room rates, packages, and various hotel services offered. General Requirements 3+ years of experience in hospitality or a related field. Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Front office hotel management/supervisor experience preferred. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.
