Business Developer – Germany (Munich region – remote)
As a Business Developer , you will actively drive the growth of our German market (Munich region) . You’ll build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, general contractors, project developers, and installation partners. With your sense for design and proactive mindset, you’ll introduce our solutions early in the project cycle, develop a solid project pipeline with our partner network, and help increase brand visibility in the region. Business Development & Specification
Build relationships with architecture and design studios, end clients, and project developers to position Impact Acoustic early in the project cycle. Win project specifications through presentations, product introductions, and design consultations. Act as a brand ambassador within the A&D community, representing us at trade fairs, events, and client meetings. Partner & Project Development
Build a solid network of dealers, installation partners, and general contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Work closely with sales partners to develop the region strategically. Share market insights, identify new partnership opportunities, and support onboarding for new partners. Solution Consulting
Provide tailored consulting for project-specific requirements – from customized to fully personalized acoustic solutions. Collaborate with our internal teams (Design, Project Management, Production) to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality implementation. CRM & Reporting
Maintain your customer and project data in Salesforce to ensure full transparency of the project pipeline. Deliver accurate forecasts, reports, and activity tracking. Qualifications
Background or degree in architecture, design, or interior construction. Experience in business development, specification, or field sales within a project-driven B2B environment. Understanding of architectural and project decision-making processes. Confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills – across all levels from designers to executives. Proactive, structured, solution-oriented, and self-motivated. High level of ownership and willingness to travel within the region. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce). Fluent in English (German is an advantage). Why Impact Acoustic?
