R-010353This position will take full ownership of assigned products and is responsible for product management, partner relationship management, and business development. It includes direct responsibility for financial oversight, education, marketing, administration, and sales and client support. The role will regularly engage with product partners to build and maintain strong relationships, serving as the internal subject matter expert to effectively champion products. It will also independently develop and implement marketing and business plans to educate the sales team, drive sales activity, and support product growth. Additionally, this position will collaborate with senior management to establish budgets, manage monthly financials, and support corporate initiatives.## **Job Duties and Responsibilities:**Product Management:* Take ultimate ownership of assigned product(s). Meet with assigned product providers regularly to remain Allied’s internal subject matter expert (SME) in order to champion products and manage provider relationships for assigned products.* Understand product and market relevance and trends* Ensure compliance regulations/requirements* Identify competitors and understand competitive marketplace to effectively communicate information in order to drive marketing strategies* Provide product and sales support to Allied team members and clients* Manage and monitor monthly product financials, control expenses to adhere to the established budget, understand and explain variances, develop and implement remediation plans, assist with developing the annual budget for assigned products.* Manage partner commission detail and financial resolution* Perform at provider commission audits and resolve any issues* Oversee, develop, maintain, and monitor lead registration and pipeline tracking and reportingBusiness Development:* Independently establish and implement business/marketing plans for both new and existing products to educate our sales team, stimulate sales activity, and support product growth.* Create, update, and distribute product information and marketing material to support marketing plans and drive sales and revenue growthPartner Relationship Management:* Meet with Partners regularly to establish and maintain a good working relationshipOther Projects/Duties as Assigned**Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):*** Bachelor’s degree in a related field required* 3-7 years of directly related work experience required*The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
