Lead the experience: Oversee crew schedules Inspire and empower: Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to deliver an outstanding guest experience Teamwork and safety: Supervise food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald’s standards Take action: Address safety, security, inventory, and profitability measures Continuous learning: Cultivate training and ongoing education within the restaurant Results orientation: Drive and expect a high level of team performance Qualifications
