Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Tork and Test Operator located in Watford City, ND. The Tork and Test Operator will handle the day‑to‑day setup, operation, and maintenance of test equipment used in oilfield operations. Responsibilities will include conducting tests, troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring accurate results, and providing basic training on operational procedures as needed. Adherence to safety standards and protocols is essential.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of testing, test equipment usage, and troubleshooting of technical systems

Effective communication skills, including the ability to report findings and interact with team members

Experience with equipment setup and calibration for field testing

Ability to conduct training sessions on operational and safety practices

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety protocols

Previous experience in oilfield operations is an asset

A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are preferred
