Responsibilities

Contribute to the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of operational processes within the Broker Dealer Operations team

Manage daily processes, including exception resolutions, cash and position reconciliations, and promptly addressing trade discrepancies

Review operational data and clearing/settlement information to ensure consistency and escalate issues as necessary

Set up and maintain customer accounts, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations

Prepare and submit regulatory reports in collaboration with Compliance and Legal teams

Qualifications

5+ years of financial services experience, including at least 2+ years in broker-dealer operations

Strong knowledge of U.S. equities operational workflows, including securities clearing and settlement

Solid understanding of broker-dealer regulatory requirements and reporting practices

Proven ability to work independently and resolve complex issues in a timely manner

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field

Experience in fintech or in high-growth broker-dealer environments

Familiarity with tokenization of real-world assets and blockchain technology

FINRA Series 99 or 7 license, or willingness to obtain
