Provides consultation and guidance on MIT Policies and Procedures Develops and refines human resources programs, systems, and procedures Performs recruiting, screening, testing, and selection functions to fill vacancies Manages employee relations, including employment practices, progressive disciplinary procedures, and performance management Develops and implements organizational development initiatives, including employee evaluation systems and training programs Administers benefits programs, including 401k, pension, and health insurance How to Apply
