We’re looking for a dedicated
Distributor Operations Coordinator
to join our passionate team and help us deliver seamless operational support to our network of independent sales representatives. You’ll make sure contractors, internal teams, and external partners have the tools, processes, and information they need to operate efficiently. Key Accountabilities
Coordinate onboarding, setup, and offboarding across ERP and CRM systems Maintain accurate records of contractor assignments, compliance documentation, and contract renewals Support purchase order and invoice processing, commission reconciliation, and payment tracking in collaboration with Finance Serve as the main point of contact for contractor queries, coordinating with Customer Support, Sales, and Distribution teams Manage inventory for contractors, including demo, consignment, and field stock, and perform regular reconciliations Provide timely reports and dashboards on contractor compliance, payment status, and operational metrics Identify process improvements and implement initiatives to streamline contractor operations This is a full-time, on-site position based in our San Diego office. The role requires working from the office 4 days per week, with 1 day available for remote work. What you’ll bring
Previous experience in contractor management, operations, or a customer-facing support role is essential. Experience working with ERP systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a flexible and adaptable approach. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Self-sufficient, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams. Experience in healthcare or hospital operations is a plus. What’s in it for you
