Position Summary: As an On-Site Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end coordination of campus-wide security system installations including Access Control, Video Surveillance (CCTV), and Intrusion systems for a new build. This role serves as the primary on-site interface with the customer, general contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring daily coordination and participation in construction meetings. You will drive project execution to stay on scope, schedule, and budget, while managing resources, maintaining documentation, and ensuring quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Managing project aspects including issues, change control, communications, resources, procurement, budget, and schedule. Attending construction meetings and leading daily on-site coordination with contractors, MCA teams, and stakeholders. Reviewing quotes, scope, deliverables, and contracts for accuracy and alignment with customer requirements. Conducting Sales-to-Ops handoff meetings to ensure smooth project transition. Leading customer kickoff meetings and setting expectations for project delivery. Securing and allocating project resources, including MCA personnel and subcontractors. Performing project forecasting to proactively manage scope, costs, and risks. Overseeing schedule management at the task, deliverable, hours, dates, and budget levels. Updating planned hours and financial data in NetSuite as needed. Ensuring quality management throughout the project lifecycle. Managing project inventory to ensure on-time availability of equipment and materials. Providing regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders. Handling AIA requests and progress billing documentation. Processing PO receiving and coordinating with accounting as needed. Overseeing project closeout and handoff to the Service team. Approving client invoicing and ensuring proper documentation of signed Material Transfer forms. Coordinating with the Project Accountant on Sales Order edits and financial alignment. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM (EXPERIENCE)

3+ years of experience in the security integration / low voltage field including large-scale installations. 3–5 years of experience in security technology systems and installation experience. Strong experience with Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion systems; knowledge of Milestone, Lenel, Genetec, DMP, and Hanwha/Wisenet preferred. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects or portions of projects simultaneously. Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and reporting tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interface daily with construction teams, customers, and subcontractors. Experience with at least one of the following is a plus: public safety communications systems, cellular infrastructure, military communications, or civil infrastructure construction. Preferred Certifications

PMP (Project Management Professional) or working toward certification. PSP (Physical Security Professional) CPSM (Certified Security Project Manager) OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification. Manufacturer certifications in Lenel, Milestone, DMP, Hanwha/Wisenet are highly desirable. Environment and Physical Requirements

Work is primarily performed outdoors on active construction sites, often in varying weather conditions and around heavy equipment. Proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times, including hard hat, high-visibility vest/clothing, and safety shoes or boots. Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; use hands to handle tools, documents, or equipment; reach with arms; climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding; lift and carry materials and equipment (up to 15 lbs frequently); review drawings and site plans; bend, kneel, or crouch as needed.
