Role Description This is a full‑time role for a Night Operations Manager located on‑site in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Night Operations Manager will oversee nightly logistics, manage and support night shift staff, ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols, and coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment. The role involves supervising and training team members, resolving operational issues, and maintaining effective communication with daytime management to support seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
Operations Management and Supervisory Skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Training staff and managing team development
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred
Previous experience in the foodservice industry is a plus
