Legere Pharmaceuticals is seeking a proactive, experienced

Operations Manager

to lead and optimize day-to-day operations across production, quality, supply chain, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong foundation in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing, repackaging, and relabeling. This role requires deep knowledge of FDA and cGMP compliance, strategic planning, and people leadership to help drive continuous improvement and ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operations across production, QA (Quality Assurance), and QC (Quality Control). Manage procurement strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, and monitor raw material sourcing to ensure cost efficiency and continuity of supply. Lead repackaging, relabeling, and rebottling operations while upholding strict quality and compliance standards. Ensure full adherence to FDA, cGMP, and federal/state wholesale drug regulations. Lead preparation and execution of

FDA, cGMP, and wholesale drug audits , including corrective action planning in needed. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs to ensure operational alignment with current compliance and regulatory standards. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, and production metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain, production, and compliance priorities. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for a team of 5+ direct reports. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations with deep knowledge of FDA, cGMP, and prescription drug compliance. Proven track record managing FDA and wholesale drug audits and implementing corrective action plans. Strong background in QA/QC systems and supply chain management. Experience in repackaging, relabeling, or rebottling in pharmaceutical environment strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage a staff of 5+. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in budget management, supplier negotiation, and metric-driven operations. Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111 (Dietary Supplement cGMPs) preferred Process improvement certification or training (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) preferred. Core Competencies
