The General Manager runs a profitable restaurant and ensures it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The GM sets restaurant goals, creates a plan to achieve them, and leads a team of Department Managers. The GM helps set department goals, follows up on progress, and coaches to improve each department, which in turn improves the overall restaurant. The GM may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a capable future leadership team. Qualifications
Prior General Manager experience running high‑volume locations is required. A background in quick‑service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Candidates must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned restaurants. Benefits
