Fashion Buyer - Women's Apparel

We are proud to be an employee-owned company (ESOP) focused on growth, community, and opportunity. About This Opportunity We're hiring a Fashion Buyer - Women's Apparel for our Los Angeles office. This is a hybrid role that involves both in-office collaboration and market visits. Candidates should have 5+ years of buying experience in fashion retail and a strong understanding of product lifecycle, merchandising systems, and vendor relationships. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Responsibilities Manage reports and purchase orders Analyze sales data, reporting, and inventory needs Develop and maintain vendor relationships Collaborate with the buying team to manage Open-to-Buy plans Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis Support merchandising and product assortment strategies Ensure timely delivery of merchandise through vendor coordination Attend business meetings and vendor appointments Qualifications 5+ years of buying experience in fashion retail Strong Excel skills and retail math Proven ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines Excellent communication and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or a related field (preferred) Why Join Our Team Competitive salary based on experience: $70,000 - $85,000 annually Affordable health and dental insurance Paid holidays, PTO, and vacation Employee ownership through ESOP Opportunity to grow in a supportive, inclusive work environment Schedule: 8-hour shift Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA Must be able to attend in-person meetings as needed Seniority level
