Base pay range Wolf Motors is seeking a dedicated individual fluent in email, text, and phone handling to answer customer inquiries and serve as the voice of our dealerships. Wolf Motors represents the Ford brand in and around Jordan, MN, and has received the highest Customer Satisfaction Awards in a 5-state region compared to other Ford dealers.
Your responsibilities include handling inbound email/phone inquiries, following up with sales and service guests, and enhancing the customer experience throughout their research and purchase process.
Responsibilities include:
Inbound sales call handling
Responding to inbound internet opportunities
Setting appointments for sales teams
Answering consumer inquiries
Making outbound customer relations calls
This full-time position is ideal for recent graduates, online entrepreneurs, or those knowledgeable in new media, with a personality suited for phone and online customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in online sales or customer service is a plus
Ability to handle high activity levels and develop relationships
Self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills
