Elevator Installer in Akron, Ohio, USA. As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining elevators in various buildings and structures. Install and assemble elevator components according to blueprints and specifications Test and adjust elevator systems to ensure proper functioning Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on elevators Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with elevator systems Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each installation or repair job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in elevator installation or a related field Familiarity with blueprints, electrical wiring, and other technical documents Strong mechanical skills with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely Ability to work at heights and lift heavy objects as needed Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record Benefits
