The Packing Team Leader works closely with the Packing Supervisor and Production Coordinator to ensure all customer orders are packed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role coordinates daily packing operations, monitors workflow, and ensures planned orders are prepared and shipped on time. The Team Leader supports the team by maintaining quality standards, promoting safe work practices, and driving efficiency throughout the packing process. Support and mentor team members to enhance packing accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance. Prepare and set up packing machines to ensure operations start promptly and run smoothly, minimizing downtime. Ensure all orders are packed correctly and ready to ship by the scheduled ship date. Maintain open and effective communication with the Packing Supervisor, Production Coordinator, and other team leaders. Oversee packing to guarantee all orders are correctly prepared and shipped on schedule. Provide thorough training for new team members to ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards. Review errors, address complaints, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Provide backup support to supervisors when required. Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of Packing experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Comfortable communicating in Spanish, Polish, and English (fluency preferred). Ability to read labels and numbers accurately. Comfortable standing for long periods during work shifts. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
