Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Analyst to join the procurement team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and collaboration across departments such as Procurement, Legal, Budget, and Accounting.
Responsibilities:
Administer and manage contracts for materials and services.
Negotiate contract terms, process documents for execution, and monitor performance.
Ensure compliance with fiscal and performance obligations.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline contract-related processes.
Identify and implement process improvements and best practices in contracting.
Utilize contract management software and MS Excel for reporting and tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management.
Strong understanding of public and private procurement methods.
Proficiency in MS Excel and contract management systems.
Must be able to pass an FBI background check.
Preferred:
Certifications such as CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM.
Membership in NCMA (National Contract Management Association).
