Kroger . Job Description: Select and gather products for customers' on-line orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality. Assemble customers' on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars when customers arrive at store for pick up. Provide a positive customer service experience that makes customers want to return again to on-line shopping. Responsibilities for this role include meeting/exceeding customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness; adhering to laws and guidelines; managing orders from order selector; ensuring order accuracy and proper loading; processing POS transactions; handling substitutions when items are out of stock; ensuring bagging standards and communication with customers; maintaining organization of staging areas; reporting discrepancies and equipment issues; and assisting with training and process improvements. Responsibilities

Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines Receive customers’ orders from Order Selector; store products in optimal temperature zones Initiate and complete selection process for on-line orders Read and follow directions in the note section Ensure quality and freshness of all items Communicate with customers via portable phone professionally and promptly Retrieve orders from staging locations and load into customers' cars Process orders through the POS system Follow substitutions policies for out-of-stock items Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards Communicate substitutions or exceptions at pick-up Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment Report pricing, scanning, and item-location discrepancies to the e-Commerce supervisor Inspect equipment and notify management of repairs needed Perform opening and closing procedures Learn and adapt to new processes Assist in training new e-Commerce team members Meet/exceed productivity standards Work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment Manage conflict in a professional manner Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues Provide support and assistance through interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Qualifications

MINIMUM Ability to work without supervision Ability to read shelf tags Excellent oral/written communication skills Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction) DESIRED Any experience in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or experience as a cashier About Us
