Manufacturing Leadership Development Program
aims to identify future leaders to support JB Poindexter & Co's growth. The program offers an accelerated path to senior management roles in operations or supply chain, with direct access to senior leaders across various companies and the corporate office. Participants will engage in a two-year rotation, spending six months in operations or supply chain roles to gain broad business insights. An Individual Development Plan will be crafted collaboratively to enhance learning. Participants will report to the Corporate VP of Operations, who will serve as a mentor. There are two hubs for this program: one in Elkhart, IN/Sturgis, MI, and the other in Reading, PA/Morgantown, PA. Upon completion, candidates will be offered leadership positions at manufacturing locations across the U.S. Flexibility regarding location is essential. Requirements: 2025-2026 MBA from an accredited university, focusing on operations, supply chain, business, or entrepreneurship, with a GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred. 3 to 5 years of hands-on supply chain or mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven manufacturing achievements, preferably in leadership roles. Experience in operations, supply chain, or engineering. Leadership roles in school or work. Strong relationship-building skills. Willingness to relocate during the program. J.B.
