Overview
Join Brennan's team as a Business Development Manager and help drive growth across our dewatering, wastewater, and water treatment markets. This remote position offers flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. and requires travel up to 60% of the time for industry events, client meetings, and site visits. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong technical understanding of water treatment services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to develop strategic partnerships that expand market presence and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and industry partners within the dewatering and water treatment markets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking, client outreach, and participation in industry events. Collaborate with Operations, Project Controls, and Marketing teams to develop proposals, presentations, and targeted promotional materials. Manage client information and activity tracking in Brennan's CRM system to ensure visibility and alignment across business units. Represent Brennan at trade shows, conferences, and association meetings to promote company capabilities. Champion the Brennan Client Experience by delivering exceptional service and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Construction Management—or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in business development, client relations, or project management within water treatment, environmental, or related industrial markets. Strong understanding of dewatering, wastewater, or water treatment services. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and operational teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). Willingness to travel up to 60% within the U.S.

Compensation
Starting base salary range: $95,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
