MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. This position involves technical support, troubleshooting VoIP Phones, Data Gateways, and HD Video service disruptions. A strong customer service background is essential to provide a world-class customer experience. You will interact with hundreds of customers weekly across the country to resolve support issues and ensure excellent service. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound contacts courteously, troubleshooting service disruptions, documenting interactions accurately, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates should be motivated, energetic, and dedicated to providing superior customer interactions. Training is provided to all new employees. Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Basic understanding of VoIP, internet gateways, and HD video systems Excellent communication and typing skills (30+ WPM) Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS Reliable with good attendance and punctuality Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills Preferred

1 year of customer service or technical support experience CompTIA IT certification Compensation & Benefits
