Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and legal requirements; maintain store standards and team accountability. Support truck unloading, stocking, inventory management, visual merchandising, and omnichannel processes. Manage shrink, safety programs, and team performance; participate in performance management and talent development. Serve as Manager on Duty, assist customers, and cross-train in custom framing sales and production. Preferred experience:
Retail management leadership. Physical requirements include:
standing, moving, bending, lifting, and reaching; assistance available for accommodations. Work environment:
