Operations Manager,
you will support Access Center operations efforts in a variety of initiatives for Pinnacle Treatment Centers. You will be responsible for leading supervisory teams of Care Coordinators, ensuring timely access to care and adherence to company and department policies and procedures. The role will also support the Director of Operations Director with other department leadership to create, maintain, and improve department processes and practices. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or management or the equivalent in working experience. Five (5) years of relevant admissions and community relations management experience. Prior experience within healthcare access center operations, preferably in patient access or revenue cycle management Valid driver’s license in good standing Ability to travel up to 10% as needed Master’s degree Experience of the treatment industry Ability to coach teams in a group setting Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, coaching, training, and development to Care Coordinator teammates. Perform quality assurance assessments and monitor teammate key performance indicators (KPI’s). Assist in managing schedules and shifts for 24x7 Access Center. Conduct report audits for report integrity, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Receive and process inbound inquiries from phone, email, and chat. Assess potential patients’ treatment needs, locating facility and level of care that coincide with patient’s clinical and medical needs. Execute all required Care Coordinator tasks as needed.
Communicate and collaborate with various departments and locations to ensure smooth patient transitions through Pinnacle Treatment Center services. Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources to enhance referrals to Pinnacle Treatment Centers, working with business development. Collaborate with Admission Center leadership and locations to assess bed availability and plan for future admissions Act as a contact point in the Director of Operations' absence. Other duties as assigned.
