DCPS The WAC Foreman oversees waterproofing and concrete restoration projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with company standards and client expectations. This role is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating with project stakeholders, monitoring safety, and maintaining accurate project documentation. Responsibilities

Supervise on-site work crews, assigning tasks based on skill and project needs. Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, and manufacturer guidelines. Conduct pre-job meetings to review scope, safety hazards, and work sequence. Verify availability and condition of tools and materials; coordinate site access with contractors/building management. Monitor daily operations: mixing ratios, application thickness, curing times, surface prep, and adherence to procedures. Perform quality control inspections and correct deficiencies immediately. Maintain daily field reports, including manpower, hours worked, progress, and photos (CompanyCam & TSheets). Communicate with Operations Manager and Project Manager regarding schedule, manpower, and material needs. Enforce safety compliance, including OSHA standards, PPE use, fall protection, and daily hazard assessments. Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all materials on site. Secure the jobsite and ensure proper storage of tools and materials at the end of each day. Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of field experience in waterproofing and concrete restoration. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, manufacturer specifications, and installation procedures. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Proven ability to lead, train, and supervise crews effectively. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Scope of Work

Projects completed on schedule. Zero safety violations or incidents. Less than 2% punch list or rework rate. Positive feedback from clients and project managers. Documentation & Reporting

Primarily on-site, with exposure to heights, heavy materials, and construction equipment. Travel between project sites may be required. Compensation & Benefits
