We’re on the lookout for dynamic managers to lead our team and drive excellence in every customer interaction. Position Title: Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team. Foster a positive work environment, set clear goals, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure top performance. Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations. Financial Management: Manage store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive revenue growth. Marketing & Community Engagement: Implement local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with the community to enhance brand presence and attract new customers. Innovation & Problem-Solving: Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance store operations. Additional duties and projects as required. Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications. Minimum Requirements
Assistant Store Manager: Open availability (including mornings, days, and nights), minimum 5-day work week, and average 44 hours per week with increases during peak periods. Supervisor: Availability during store hours (mornings and nights), minimum 5 days per week, and a minimum 30 hours per week. All Management: Availability on weekends and holidays; punctuality and regular attendance; reliable transportation; ability to read/write English and perform business-related mathematics; may require transfers within the company network. Physical Demands
Prolonged standing (approximately five to 14 hours per day). Long periods during peak sale periods (up to 12 hours). Stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling to stock merchandise; may climb ladders or stairs. Lift items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly (weights may be higher in some circumstances). Good vision, including color differentiation; moderately noisy retail environment. Education
High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership strongly preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Compensation & Benefits
Assistant Manager pay range: $16.38 - $20.50 per hour with bonus opportunities based on store KPIs. Supervisor pay range: $17.28 per hour. All roles eligible for the company 401K plan.
